Ingredients
  • ¼ frozen Banana
  • ⅔ very ripe Mango
  • 2 Strawberries
  • ½ Apple
  • ½ Peach
  • 1 Tbs Lucuma
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ⅛ tsp Stevia
  • Handful of Spinach baby leaves
  • Filtered Water

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; I used my Tribest Personal Blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add enough filtered water to achieve consistency desired.
  3. Enjoy!

A berry delight! Extremely healthy and great first thing in the morning!

Ingredients
  • 8 Strawberries
  • 10 frozen Raspberries
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 Tbs Porridge Oats
  • 1 tsp Mesquite
  • 2 tsp Maca
  • 1 tsp Acai Powder
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Handful of Spinach
  • Handful of Kale
  • Filtered Water
  • OPTIONAL
  • ¼ tsp Probiotics
  • ¼ tsp Hemp Seed Protein
  • ⅛ tsp Spirulina
  • ⅛ tsp Chlorella

Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, in my case my personal Tribest blender. Blend for a few minutes until nice and creamy.
  2. Enjoy!

What a great way to start the morning with a tasty, healthy and fresh smoothie! And best of all, I’ve made it in record time in my new Tribest personal blender with minimal washing up. In fact the only thing I washed up was the blade component! How good is that!

Ingredients
  • 1 Peach – peeled and chopped
  • 1 sm Apple – peeled and chopped
  • 2 lrg Strawberries – chopped
  • 10 Blueberries
  • 1 heapted tsp Mesquite powder
  • 250ml Coconut Water
  • ⅛ tsp Stevia
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • Bunch of fresh baby Spinach leaves
  • OPTIONAL
  • ⅛ tsp Chlorella
  • ½ tsp Spirulina
  • 1 tsp Hempseed Protein Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Probiotics

Instructions
  1. Pop everything in your Tribest cup, blend for a few minutes. The longer you blend, the creamer and fluffier the smoothie.
  2. Enjoy!

Fresh and yummy first thing in the morning! It was so delicious, that i forgot to take a picture before i drank any! hence the ½ glass…. Just looking at that pink colour makes me want another glass!

  • 4 large Strawberries
  • 10 frozen Blueberries
  • 6 frozen Blackberries
  • 1 heaped tsp Maca
  • 2 tsp Hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp Hemp protein (Optional)
  • ½ tsp Chorella (Optional)
  • ½ tsp Spiriluna (Optional)
  • ½ tsp Stevia
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Agave
  • 100ml Almond milk
  • 200ml Filtered water or Coconut Water

Instructions

What a refreshing smoothie!

  • ⅓ very ripe Mango
  • 5 Strawberries
  • Handful of Raspberries
  • 1 Tbs Mesquite
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ⅛ tsp Stevia
  • Handful of Spinach baby leaves
  • Filtered Water

Instructions
  1. Place everything in your blender, I’ve used my Tribest Personal Blender. I blended everything execpt the Spinach, then added the spinach at the end and blended again.
  2. You dont have to do this.
  3. Add as much filtered water as you like to reach consistancy required.
  4. Enjoy!

I love berries, and what better way to have them than in a healthy smoothie! Thick and creamy. If you like your smoothies less thick and creamy, then add filtered water.

  • 100g frozen Blueberries
  • 5 frozeen Blackberries
  • 1.5 frozen Bananas
  • 2 Apples – peeleed
  • 1 Pear/Apple – a fruit which is a cross between these two – peeled
  • 1 Pear – peeled
  • Hand full of Purple Kale – washed thoroughly
  • 1 Tbs Chia seeds
  • 150ml non-diary milk or filtered water
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp stevia
  • 1 Tbs Maca powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Coconut mana – melted
  • 2 Tbs Oats or Spelt flakes
  • OPTIONAL
  • ½ tsp Probiotics
  • ½ tsp Chlorella
  • ¼ tsp Spirulina
  • ½ tsp Hemp seed protein

Instructions
  1. Place everything in a blender and blend for about 2-5minutes

I’ve peeled all my fruit, easier to digest

  • 1 Pomegranate – seeds only
  • 1 Permission
  • 1 Passionfruit
  • 1 Plum
  • 1 Apple
  • 6 sm frozen Strawberries
  • 8 frozen Blueberries
  • 1 large frozen Banana
  • 8 ice cubes
  • water
  • non diary milk, like almond milk
  • 2 Tbs Hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbs Chia seeds
  • 1 Tbs Maca
  • 1 Tbs Mesquite
  • ½ tsp Spirulina
  • ½ tsp Chlorella
  • 1 Tbs Coconut Maca
  • 4 dates
  • ⅛ tsp Stevia powder

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few minutes until smooth. I’d blend for 3-5minutes. Add milk and water to the consistancy of your liking. I like mine pretty thick.
